Assignments...

How many turns do I have to make in order to solve the problems?

So, all the assignments are already being started. And I can say it is quite weird for me this semester because all assignments in every subjects must be done in groups... Since there are quite a lot of uncertainties for me and my group members in order to do researches, we will have to ask our tutors for a consultation next week.

The 1st submission of assignment will be a combination of a slide presentation and a press comference about Barack Obama for the subject, Writing for Mass Communication on next Wednesday. Surprisingly, all my group members are boys and we expect an amusement because one of us has to take the role of Barack Obama's wife, Michelle.

And since that I have a whole new circle of friends to complete my assignment with, I won't have to sleep at any of my friend's room to complete the works at this semester, at least. I don't mean any offense but it will always be a lot lesser embarrassment for me to use their limited facilities in their rooms because they need the facilities more than I do. And it will be no arguments over the facilities with them just like the one that happened last semester.

Anyways, please do wish us good luck for the upcoming press conference. I'll stop here... heading out...

I Dreamed About You...

Maybe it's because of stress and my desperation for my dog, I dreamed of playing with him last night in a kitchen. Amazingly, I was able to feel the texture of his fur once again by patting him although it was just a dream. I saw him smiling as usual, showing me an expression that he is fine. I wasn't able to give him a last hug due to the ringing sound from my alarm clock at 6am... It was time for school...

I miss him so much... I wish him happiness in the other dimension of world probably heaven and I hope to see him once again...

Unexpected Accident

I arrived late at 9am this morning to school because I woke up late at 6:20am so I decided to skip the lecture for Marketing which started at 8am. Had a fast-pacing revision during the tutorial lesson for Management in the afternoon until 3pm. Went home by taking public transports but arrived home in the late evening at 6pm. When I arrived home, I found something has missing in front of the house - My precious pet dog as well has his toys and other equipments.

I saw my dad squatting outside at the door frowning, holding his forehead with his left hand and a can of Beck's beer with his right hand. He kept quiet but he gave me some sign language that my pet dog has died being knocked down by a car at a highway near my house. I was shocked but at the same time, I was unable to show any facial expression... Then, I also saw both of my eldest sister's eyes were red and swollen a little because of crying.

Why? Why my dog has to be the victim of this tragedy? Couldn't that driver lower down his gear to let his fucking car slow down? Couldn't he just brake for the sake of sparring a life? I wonder what the driver's driving license is for when he already has the potential to knock down other lives... Now that he has taken my precious pet's life, he should be "blessed" with the upcoming tragedies awaiting him. I'm sure he will...

I'm feeling so emotionless today...

Wassup With Today?

What's wrong with today? Well, nothing much has happened... But Midterm Examinations has started... I had a practical assessment for Web Page Design this morning then sat for Writing for Mass Communication in the evening. It is the fact that the practical assessment was overwhelming! I didn't study anything for it so I thought I would give up. Some classmates had arrived at computer laboratory before me and I found them turning pages and pages of notes just to do some "last-minute studies" before the assessment began. The tutor arrived about 9am and everyone were given 30 minutes time to complete the tasks. However, it was quite difficult for me to complete everything because I had forgotten some of the HTML codes like construction of horizontal lines and anchoring links. Although it was difficult, I managed to get 14 marks out of 20. Not so bad but isn't it surprising?

Instead of feeling nervous for the whole evening, it was quite relaxing for me to sit for the subject, Writing for Mass Communication. I knew that I have done some mistakes at answering a few questions but I've no regrets doing some flaws because I really didn't know what the answers were. I've learned a lot even during the examinations- really.

Surfed Internet spontaneously until I found a forum showing so called "A Famous Couple in Beijing" where a photo gallery of a Chinese gay couple is being featured inside. However, it makes me really curious what makes them famous. I know they might be gay, but that doesn't make any sense to make them famous. Not to mention some of my friends who are gays, bisexuals and lesbians, including myself, who is also a gay, do not even appear to be famous for being what we are. Even some celebrities including Ellen DeGeneres become famous because of their careers. Nevertheless, I'm suspecting the shorter "guy" who appears to be an "Uke" is actually a girl... or maybe it's just me... whatever... Click HERE for the forum for pictures...

The Third Edition of Management : A Practical Introduction

Need to manage things accordingly?

Feedback of the book (which can also be found inside):

"This is an excellent introductory management text designed for maximum student comprehension. The material is presented in a manner that permits students to see the concepts as tools, not merely as things to memorize"

Translation:
Everything can happen
There is not a direction to the wind
The expanse is open
The horizon does not finish

Everything can happen
From love it's sewed
Or from separation it's unstiched
In the end nothing remains

But always
There is someone who listens
Guard on me knows
That I will not give up

i want to stay
until it finishes
The madness tonight
Until edge of another day

Everything can happen
There isn't a steady thing
Nothing is for sure
That will happen or not

Because everything can happen
Railway that gallops
That even once doesn't stop
In the same the station

Release me
With my loneliness in the room
Take a break and then another
And paste me

Once more newly
Until the next deluge
Until that will not hurt already
Until that will relax

The Closet Pressure...

The world outside from the door looks beautiful & less stressful than staying in with roses decorated around. But will you take the risk of passing through the unseen thorns and experience unexpected dangers outside?

Coming out, is a phase when people announce their sexual orientation. Although I've partially come out within people I know especially friends, I still remain closeted in my family. Today is just another day that I heard another homophobic statement from my dad to my brother in a moving van on the way back home.

"Son, the youngest uncle of yours is a faggot. He's nothing but a total loser that he french kissed a man and someone on the street saw it. Damn disgusting!"

I kept quiet and looked outside the window... It was raining... and because of the quote, I've actually noticed that I'm being noted not to let anyone in my family know that I'm actually gay. I can't imagine any further if my dad finds out one day by reading this blog... Freaky, really freaky...

Seme or Uke?

When it comes to relationships especially homosexual ones, you may wonder if you should take the "dominant" role or "recessive". For LGBT friends, which one are you? "Seme" or "Uke"? The term "Seme" is derived from the Japanese verb "Semeru" which means "to attack" while "Uke" is derived from the Japanese verb which means "to receive". These terms are commonly used in Yaoi (derives from the Japanese sentence "YAma nachi, Ochi nashi, Ichi nashi" which carries the meaing "no climax, no point, no meaning") mangas that depicts homosexual relationships.

And since I was bored, I searched a website that contains a pop quiz to determine whether if you're a Seme or Uke based on your personality. To be more specific, which type of Seme or Uke you're most likely to be will be shown as well. Please be noted that the quiz is just for fun only... and I'm shocked but impressed to get this quiz result as shown below...

You are a Chibi Seme!

You are the seme in disguise. Able to fit in and get along with uke and seme alike, you are able to get close to the uke on their level before exerting your dominance. This makes you at times manipulative and able to fool others about your true seme nature. Because of your harmless appearance, it takes the flamboyantly gay Flaming Uke to match wits and really bring out your aggressive side to expose you for the seme that you are.

Most compatible with: Flaming Uke, Badass Uke

Least compatible with: Dramatic Uke

What seme or uke are you? Take the experience at SemeUke.com, or find merchandise here.

Grave of the Fireflies (Live Action)

What would you do if a war happens? Do you think you can run away from devastating bombs that kill many people? How would you survive if scarcity of food happens? Would you just kneel down and beg officers under a nearby shelter for ration? Introducing you Grave of the Fireflies, a tragical, emotional, yet tear-flowing fictional movie about 2 orphaned children, Seita and Setsuko, who are forced trying to survive hunger in the streets toward the end of World War 2 in Japan.

The story begins somewhere at a train station where Seita is found dead because of hunger by the janitors who are working there. One of the janitor is asked to pull his corpse aside and suddenly, a Sakuma Drop tin drops out from a pocket from the corpse's pants onto the floor. The tin is then being picked up by another janitor and thrown into a nearby junkyard. Finally, the tin is picked by a lady and she finds some ashes inside. The tragic tale of Seita and Setsuko is then narrated...
